World Environment Day 2009

Today is World Environment Day around the world and it is the climate emergency that is being brought to the forefront as an issue of extreme international importance. In fact, just two days ago the UN passed a resolution recognising global warming and the greenhouse effect as a serious threat to international peace and security.
