Principality of Andorra, public success and media interest for the "Italian Routes" exhibition

From 22nd February to 15th March 2024, the Palau de Gel in Canillo, Principality of Andorra, hosted the exhibition "Italian Routes - Mountains, Mountaineering, Climate Change", in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in Madrid, the Government of Andorra and the Municipality of Canillo.

The exhibition had 600 visitors and attracted the attention of local and international media. Below are links to a selection of press reviews:

The exhibition, an original project of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, realised in collaboration with the Macromicro association and curated by Fabiano Ventura, offered a fascinating insight into the Italian mountains and mountaineering practices, as well as highlighting the effects of climate change on these fragile environments.

At the end of the exhibition, the Italian Ambassador to Spain, Giuseppe Buccino Grimaldi, and the Foreign Minister of the Principality of Andorra, Imma Tor Faus, visited the exhibition.
